We value your trust very highly, and pledge to you, our customer, that we will work to protect the security and privacy of any information you provide to us and that your information will only be used as set forth in this policy. Warranty

Sage Industry Co., Limited desires to provide the best value to customers while maintaining low prices. Our products are aftermarket and are intended for on-road use. We provide one-year warranty for most of our products. For some products, we provide more than one-year guarantee. Please ask our salesman in advance before you place order.

 

We calculate warranty time from the date of shipment.

1. For most HID products, warranty time is 2 years.

2. For halogen bulbs, warranty time is 1 year.

3. For LED bulbs, warranty time is 1 year.

 

We help our customer solve any problem happened on our products. You should help us identify what the problem is. You can describe the problem with text, photos or samples. Once we confirm the problem, we begin our warranty process. Any cost caused by our problem will be paid by us.

 

Usually we send replacement products to our customer in next order after we confirm the problem. If you are urgent for replacement products, we will find a good way to meat your demand. If there is big problem happened on our products, we need to take the products back from you. We pay all the shipping costs if the problem is finally confirmed to be caused by us. If the problem is caused by you, we will talk with you to find a good solution.
